VG Techs is proud to have successfully completed the installation of a comprehensive CCTV surveillance system at Caltex Ocean Reef, delivered in partnership with OM Group. This high-visibility service station required tailored security coverage across multiple operational areas, and the project was completed efficiently, on time, and to specification.
Project scope highlights included:
- High-definition camera coverage for fuel bowsers, allowing zoomed-in monitoring of transactions, license plates, and overall activity at each pump.
- Strategic aisle surveillance, designed to minimise blind spots and ensure clear visibility across convenience store zones.
- Security system integration across critical areas including the kitchen, drive-through lanes, and other sensitive back-of-house sections.
- Full remote viewing capability and recording infrastructure to support 24/7 monitoring and incident review.
- Security Alarm and monitoring – Security alarm and 24/7 monitoring provided by our Monitoring partner
- Emergency response – Panic Buttons and Panic pendent supplied to on-site staff to alert the monitoring site of any emergency.
This installation supports not only theft deterrence but also improves operational oversight and customer safety across the entire site.
